When my age was 10 I always enjoyed milkshakes. I thought milkshakes is one of the tastiest drinks. I want to tell you that milkshakes is good for our health, so it is not only fresh. We can see milkshakes everywhere as fresh drinks. You'll need to give attention, I will tell you how to create milkshakes. So now you need a blender, please, if you can, don't buy a cheap one, but actually it is not a big deal if you are not rich.
My kind of milkshakes always need bananas. So you should have bananas to create your own milkshakes. Plus you need milk, few glasses of milk. Another ingredients are vanilla, protein (in powder form if you can), and do not forget to add ice cream. And please, make sure your ice cream is low in fat. Put all of them in one blender, then start blending.
I always have time to create another type of milkshakes. Now you not only need a banana but you'll also need a strawberry in your blender. Same with my first milkshakes, you still need to add protein in powder form and ice cream. For most time, I only used one of those fruits (I mean a strawberry or banana). For my second milkshakes, I have an alternative to drink it. Now, please read this twice, you know you need it.
Do you know what is raw eggs? You need to eat it before it getting cold then drink your milkshakes. Several times maybe you will get sick but after you get used to it this is not a problem anymore, you won't get sick but the otherwise, you will notice that it is good for you.
Another great kind of milkshakes is when you add an apple in your blender. If your blender is a cheap blender, you should cut your apple into 2 pieces. For some blenders, you can put the whole apple without being worry about it. The next thing you need to do is add blueberries in your blender. After blueberries and one whole apple, please add carrot, carbs, and milk into your blender, then watch your blender mix all of those fruits. Replace the ice cream which I used in the first and second type of milkshakes with ice in cube form. Yeah, our third milkshakes is not creamy but it is still tasty and healthy.
This type of milkshakes is good for your diet purpose. Maybe it is not as tasty as the first two milkshakes above but still, it is worth if you are in diet program. In above examples, I told you to use one of apples, bananas, and strawberries. Now I want to tell you one thing, your choice is not a problem at all. Everyone have different favorite fruits, if your favorite fruit is apple then add it always in your milkshake, every one of them is good for you. I don't know but I think it's much better to pick up fruits from farmers because fruits from them are 100% naturals.
Hey, you should also add vegetables for your milkshakes. I mean, in juice form. Choice only a vegetable with rich amount in nutrition, and those veggies can even make your milkshakes much healthier than before. Sometimes I also added maple syrup, it is tasty, but be careful, added them means you added sugar/calories into your milkshakes.
