In this role, Briggs will oversee all of Datacraft's operations and finance, including financial reporting, product development, marketing, customer implementation and support. Briggs has also been appointed as Secretary of the Corporation.

Briggs' appointment builds upon Datacraft's recent sales momentum, and augments the management team the company has assembled. His experience building operational and finance teams and process will be important to the growth and scalability of the company.

With more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and high technology, Tim was most recently a Partner with Rankin McKenzie, a professional services firm providing interim chief financial officer services to emerging growth companies. Datacraft Solutions was a principal client of Mr. Briggs over the past three years. Prior to his consultancy, Tim had held senior executive financial and operations positions with private and public companies, including Tavve Software, HealthMatics, BSG and Sun Microsystems. During his tenure at Sun Microsystems as Group Controller of R&D, Sun was the one of the fastest growing companies in history. Tim holds a B.S.B.A degree from Northern Michigan University.
