Dear Loved Ones,

Welcome to Spirituality Inside and Out and the Daily Universal Insights.

We welcome the whole world into this community of Love, Gratitude and Oneness.

I invite you to breathe in, and allow yourselves to be present with this prayer and meditation. I AM THAT I AM, I AM PEACE I am that I am, I am Peace. As I am Peace I am One with all that Is.

In this moment in time my Peace is your Peace. As we are all One.

A declaration to the Universe of Love. In this moment of Oneness we choose to let go of all of our Anger, Resentment, Frustration, Fear, Worry, Doubt, Hatred, Envy, Despair, Judgments, Criticisms, Sorrow and any unwanted emotions that we are harboring in our hearts.

We choose this day as we remember our Souls as One with God. We choose to be at Peace with who and what we are. We choose to accept what is and create Peace with what we are resisting in our lives. We choose Peace.

I am that I am, I am Peace. As I am Peace I give you my Peace. As I give you my Peace then you shall give on to others as we are all One.

I am that I am , I am in the Presence of Peace as I raise my arm way up high I let myself be as I reach onto the Heavenly sky knowing that Heaven is Right Here within the Peace that I am.

I am that I am. I live as One with Peace. As I live One with Peace, I am Peace. I thank this Magnificent God and All that is for the privilege for being alive and I bless all those whom have transitioned and have passed on. I Let go and I Let God.

As I Let go and Let God I am at Peace with a knowing that God is ever-present looking out for me and all those whom attune themselves with God. As God is our Light we shall allow our Light to shine forth today and every day. We shall forgive and Be as we are all One.

We are truly Grateful for all that we are and all that we have. As our Souls wake up with delight, with the Closeness and Oneness with God and the Divine, we are at Peace.

I am that I am, I am Peace. I am Peace and I love you to be One with Peace. When you are One with Peace then I am One with Peace. I love you for we are all One.

Today let us rest in God and let us Be our Godly selves so that God knows in our hearts that we desire to BE Pure in Heart and Loyal to ourselves, each other and God.

I love you for being you and for being present in my life so that I can evolve with you in this life time. Thank you for your Peace. Thank you for your Light. Thank you for your Love. For we are all One.

May you be all that your Heart desires you to be.
