Dear Loved Ones,

Let us all take a deep cleansing breath in and exhale with an "Ahhh" to start this moment together in a pleasant and present way. Give Me the Strength Prayer and meditation from my heart to yours and yours to all that Is.

Give me the strength to move forward with you God, Universe, Creative Source, Higher Power, Spirit, Oneness, Energy, light and any other name you have given to your Creator.

Give me the strength to achieve my vision. Give me the strength to be myself in the midst of chaos. Give me the strength to let go of the hurt of the past and live in the present. Give me the strength to go beyond the shadows of my ego and rise so high as to create waves of Unity and Oneness. Give me the strength to know myself and by doing so make a difference in my life and in others. Give me the strength to love myself in spite of what others think of me. Give me the strength to know you and all that you have created for me.

I have the strength within me always as I open my eyes to the truth of who I am, I let go of all my weak perceptions of myself. I know that you love me Allness and you are available in me and through me as energy. I wish to feel you and so. as I intend, I do. I wish to know you and as I wish my wish is granted.

I wish to know you Creator as you know me for we are one. In this Oneness exists only Love. In this Oneness exists only pure Love. My Love for you and yours for me creates the Oneness that I so desire. I lay in bed many nights thinking away the night and I always come back to you for you are Love itself.

I love you and as I declare this Love I feel your strength in me feeling me, encouraging me and renewing my Soul.

You are precious and so am I for we are One.

This prayer and meditation is who you are as Love. Get what you get and feel free to add or subtract your wish and desires for yourself, your God and Creative Source.

Remember it's between You, your Energy and God. Feel free to express yourself to your Creator openly and authentically. For your Creator truly Loves to Love you and so do I.
