Knowing And Understanding-The Essentials For Peaceful And Confident living.

         To know and to understand is an inborn need.since our childhood we have become curious to know the phenomenon going out side of  ourselves and even we are curios to know about our own biological phenomenon and the changes going on in our system.Why things are happening to us in certain way and why not in desired way as expected makes us sorrowful as we grow older.If we are able to know and understand every event and the situation of life then we can find ways how to manage our selves in tune with the changing circumstances of life.

Effective communication-Knowing and understanding makes our communication  effective to the outside world.If we can know a person ,his feelings,hopes and attitude ,then we can understand him and can know why he is behaving in a way and why not in some desired way.We will not not feel hurt by his behaviour,rather we will do our duty with him with out much emotional reactions.Knowing and understanding people around us will help us to communicate effectively with them and there by can promote our products and concepts to them and be successful in our profession.

Patience and careful listening-Having patience and becoming careful while listening to others will give us a scope to penetrate in to the  minds of others with out causing any trace of irritation.Others will also like us ,because they will feel that we have developed interest  in them.By this we will have a long lasting relationship with them and when we will go to their doorstep to promote anything say a product or knowledge they will gladly accept us and listen to us developing faith and confidence in our knowledge and there by we can be able to market with them and there by contribute to the organisation by creating a good customer base.

Modification of thoughts-Once we are able to know and understand things around us  and know why things are hapeening to us in some way and  why not in some other way ,then we will become careful and be not slightly perturbed if anything happens to us in contrast to our expectations.We will edify and modify our thought processes and can have a good approach with all with out any preconditioning.This will make us free and frank and we can be happier individuals.

Innovativeness-By knowing and understanding  we can develop innovativeness and creativity within us.We will create many ideas and methods ,which will help others in their daily living.Like Newton,Gallileo,Aeinstein and many other scientists if we can be curious to know and understand each situation and happening we can have lot of creative strategies and will get lot of knowledge about the outside world to carry ourselves on the success path and effectively deal with others and there by becoming great motivators to them.

Effective decesion making-If we will be able to know the processes of our family ,organisation and understand thoroughly each person and the manner in which they behave and think ,then we will be clean and creative thinkers and can take perfect decesions regarding running a family and an organisation.It requires a meticulous analysis of the systems and procedures of the family and organisations ,Which will help us to take decesion effectively ,there by help us to run any business ,organisation and also family in a most suitable manner.

Harmony,peace and prosperity-If people know each other in totality and understand each other, then there will not be any behaviourial problems.The emotional reactions from every body's mind regarding the others will be positive and lovable and much of social disturbances and unhygeinic psychological distance between the people will be reduced.All will be in a state of positive vibrations and communicating in that way either silently or face to face with out creating slightest trace of closemindedness.There by society will taste the sweetness of peace,harmony and prosperity.

           All men have the capacity to know and understand ,but they do not utilise it and apply it properly ,there fore they suffer from agony even by slightest hurt  from others causing  a great damage to their body,mind and intellect complex.Let us focus on our capacity to know and understand things in a much better way ,which will help us become creative and positive individuals ,there by we can contribute more to the family,society,organisations ,our country and the world.
