If you want to make subliminal messages then you first need to decide the type of subliminal messages that you want to create. The easiest to make and use are the ones you add to MP3 files, so that's what I'll talk about here. When you make subliminal messages with an audio file, you can listen to them anywhere and people around you are none the wiser. Then use some recording software to record these messages. You could use the software that's built into Windows but this is limited in terms of how you can manipulate the files afterwards. So go off and download a copy of Audacity which is a top quality audio program that's written by software geeks and is thus available for free. Then overlay your newly recorded subliminal message track onto your background music track. Play around with the recording levels so that the messages are barely a whisper and hey presto you've managed to make subliminal messages yourself!
