Some people wish they were taller, particularly men, as it gives them more of a presence and command of a situation. Those people who wish for more height have been short for almost through their lives. But people can naturally increase their height by concentrating on a few changes in their personal lifestyle. This can be done during or even years after pubescence. There are specific types of foods, vitamins and minerals that someone who really wants to grow taller needs to ingest regularly. The person needs to drink large amounts of water.
