Getting into Google is not much harder now days; you don't have to go on adding your site into them each time. You just make a site and send it online and Google will fins and crawl your site in few days. But getting all your new pages into Google's database is hard, Google's bot takes a lot of time to index all the pages of a website.

You can use Met tags into all of your WebPages but still it requires a lot of time before you get into top rank of any Google search because there are lot of competitors to your website and everyone tries to get into top. Though it's hard to get top ranking but its not hard, if you continuously optimize your website and promote it you will surely get good ranking in few months time.

But most people still don't know that Google offer's webmaster a tool called Google Sitemaps where you can upload a raw XML file into Google's server that content all the info about your website structure. You can simply upload it to Google's server and next time when Google's bot will crawl your site then it will have all the info about your website and can crawl deeper pages. Google has one more problem that it categories your site according to the domain so if your site has lots of sub domain then make sitemap for each sub domain , this make easy to focus on your main domain.
