Using keywords in the text of your website is very important but it must be done tastefully, so the text in your website reads well. It is recommended that the keyword content of the text in your website not exceed more then 12-15% of the total text.

It is important to remember that once you have drawn visitors to your website, they can leave just as easily and there is no bigger turn-off then ridiculous text that is overloaded with keywords. Another thing that can be done to increase SEO is submitting articles to article directories but you must not submit more than five articles per day or you risk being stuck in Google's “sandbox”.
