Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: and if any. hear my voice, and will open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:20.

For the earnest expectation of the creature waited for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope; because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. Romans 8: 19-21.
It is time for Christian to put their beliefs into meaningful action, we have the defensive accessory with the whole Armour of God, onward Christian soldiers marching to war, at the front of the battle you will find me doing my part, what about you? Let us wave the banner up high, because Jesus the captain is still signaling. Critical of the modern day logic of the Christian belief especially the tendency for Christians to perform lackluster, when we can do a lot better.
Can we remain true to ourselves and stay a safe distance from the call to rescue the perishing, forbidding others an entrance into the kingdom of heaven, can we be open to alternative lifestyles, not marginalizing people because their way of living does not conform to the norm, giving other people equal rights and privileges, without feeling a little uneasy, whatever happen to the plea for help? Where did our bowels of mercy go? We often hear sound advise given from the pulpit, lashing out like the crack of thunder in the night, let the strong bear the infirmities of the weak, and the command reinforce statement, if a man be over taken in a fault, those which are spiritual should restore such a person in the spirit of meekness.
I can tell you now, that if you have been caught in some devious sinful act, and have sincerely repented seeking to make good of your life, in your community, you will not get much support from the presbytery and only few paltry approval eyebrows will raised the temperature by the general laity, however hard you may try to convince them that we do not live in an ideal world, circumstances can change the eventual outcome of a persons life, The woman of Samaria, did not need to convince Jesus of her moral condition with letters of credit and marriage counseling therapy, she was a sinner and she knew it and Jesus also knew it and took full opportunity to proclaim the gospel, the result was startling, not only her conversion, but this adorable person went into the city and became a missionary.
We have seen how Jesus revealed himself to the woman of Samaria as the promise Messiah. She had said to Him, "I know that Messiah is coming. When He comes, He will reveal everything to us." Then Jesus replied, "I who speak to you am He, she was not only ecstatic but deliriously happy when she heard this news, it was the good news to be shared with others, whatever moral or immoral condition that they are in, Jesus hates the sin but loves the sinner, he loves all of us.
The woman then left her water pot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men, Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ? John 4:28-29.
And many of the Samaritans of that city believed in Him because of the word of the woman who testified, He told me all that I ever did (John 4:39).
Why did the people in Samaria believe? Because they heard what she said, and they knew the way she used to behave. Her mannerism had changed, something wonderful had touched her, she had drunk from the well springing up into everlasting life, the door of opportunity was open for her, her reputation as cleaner individual was spreading rapidly, and by now other interested parties had seen the newfound joy and changes inspiring vast improved understanding which had transformed the woman of Samaria.
When others forsake you, do not be discourage, Jesus ears are open to your prayer he is acquainted with your fears when your plea has fallen flat upon hypocritical deaf ears, when mind has healed itself, and memory is like smoke, if we are to be honest, perhaps the chance of a life time may never come back again, but one thing is clear, Jesus will never forsake you, nor will he leave you squirming in the mire of disappointments, Because others who are too self righteous to see beyond the imperfections inherited by mankind, manifesting certain marred traits stronger in various individuals than in others, church politics forbids acceptance of backsliders having a muddy past.
Pious individuals will usually take a wide berthed from your path, crossing over the other side of the road, giving the cold shoulder, in plain speaking making recovery a living hell the second time round, rubbing a persons conscience further in bitter guilt, putting up with the demeaning quality of life presented by fellow brethren unable to open their welcome arms, to those in search of peaceful resolution, refusing even to offer common courtesy and hospitality, suspicion clouding premature judgment, quick to establish divisional prejudice long before they can be convince of what improvement other person has made.
God gave an open door of utterance to the apostles Paul to speak the mystery of Christ For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.1 Corinthians 16:9.
A door is the means of entering and exiting a building, doors can also be shut, as in the case of Noah's ark, doors are mentioned several times in Scripture with great significance the Scripture speaks of a door in the figurative sense it is in this connection that we are to understand the door of faith that God has opened to the Gentiles. Acts 17:24. The door of faith gives access to Christ, and really this is a two-way door, for by it we pass into union with Christ, and all the benefits of Christ pass unto us, although a door is not mentioned in Jesus great discourse on the keys of the kingdom of heaven the idea is prominent, Matt. 16:19, The word door is also used in the eschatological sense. When the child of God sees the signs of the end of the world being fulfilled. He may know that the end is near, even at the doors.
