Now there are plenty of foreigners who are rushing to buy their down condo units around Miami Beach. Statistic shows that there is an increase in the sale of the real estate properties during the first two months of the year and it is all because of those foreign investors in the city. As a result of this, there is a decrease in the total number of Miami Beach condo supply in the city and will continue to reduce in the following month unless there will be more construction projects that are in the works.
Since the supply of condo units is going down while the demand is on the rise, you have to expect an increase in the price of the condo units in the next few months. This may not sound good for local investors, but may be the best deal for overseas buyers. Majority of the brokers around the area are also bragging closing the deal with overseas clients in various real estate properties in the area. National Association of Realtors noticed that foreign buyers are paying for their real estate purchase in cash, rather than credit or through installment terms.
