Many buyers are utilizing the web to research their potential purchases from the comforts of home. According to studies done by the National Association of Realtors, seventy seven per cent of homebuyers in 2005 researched their purchase via the internet. This increased traffic has opened the door for real estate lead generation, but is the internet a viable source for real estate leads?
