When you hear the words investing stock in real estate, often comes to mind is profit. But it is not always the scenario.

When it comes to investing stock in real estate, you need to know the Buy and Sell decision, or you have to make sure that you are doing the right thing in the right timing. Often than not, in Buy decision, lies greatest consequences and Sell decision, weighs the success or failure. Commonly it is buying low and selling high. When the investment that you bought appreciate or its price went high that is where you're talking of profit. You simply cannot gain big, if your property is being rented or receiving dividends only. This might sound a little too confusing at first but you will get to know at the latter part.
