The questions of how and where spend oil revenues, are important in every country, especially in Angola. The political split that has led the country to the present state of desolation pits large built-up and coastal base against large rural and agricultural base. This means that issues of urban-rural balance and investment in agriculture relatively with other areas are straight away a stumbling block between two sides in political and armed forces conflict. It needs to be recognized that all of the discussion about Angola's future depends on the maintenance of peace.

It should be mentioned that constant war and conflicts moved the country back. Nowadays the government of the country should do its best to renew the economy in order to place the country in one line with other well-developed countries. Despite the fact that oil-induced economic imbalances started at the level of the national government, the effects are felt at the buck levels of society. Helping the most vulnerable and weak areas of economy, raising the living standards of the whole country must be the most important aim of the government.

So, the government can reach the effect of the economic recovery if it uses the revenues to pay off the foreign debt. But still it did not happen, as the government was not interested in it. The situation did not change significantly and nowadays the country is in the same situation. It is not a unique case. It always happens with the countries where economic situation is the same. The foreign debt will never decrease if the production of oil is not increased, so it is necessary to maintain and develop the production of oil in order to renew the economy of the country.

In conclusion, it can be said that Angola has all the chances to stay in one line with the developed countries if the government funnels all the forces foe economy's reconstruction.
