I love listening to spiritual programs on TV. I was listening to a spiritual leader and he was talking about visualization. One thing he was specific about was that if you can see it in your mind, then it can manifest in your life.
The trouble most people have is they clearly cannot visualize in their mind. It is not just about visualization, it is also very important to have that feeling of joy, happiness at the same time visualizing what you want.
Can you see a clear picture of exactly what you want in your mind that you want to attain? Can you see it; can you touch it; can you smell it; can you hear it, can you feel it. If not, you will have a hard time manifesting what you desire.
First thing you want to do is sit quietly and meditate in a room with no distractions. Sit up straight and don't slouch. Close your eyes and let your mind wander. If possible try to think of positive events, people, and places for about 15-20 minutes. The purpose of this exercise is to control the physical body. If you want to control your mind, you must succeed in controlling the movement of your body.
Once you can control your body, then you can control your thoughts. Start visualizing exactly what you want. See it clearly and it will be yours!
In the meantime, get a corkboard or a bulletin board and find pictures of people,
places, events and things that you would like to manifest in your life and
put them on your board. You can find pictures on the internet
and magazines.
Do you want a new home? Find your dream home in a magazine or internet
Do you want to lose weight? Find a picture of a male or female body in good shape.
Do you want more money. Find 100,000 or 1,000,000 dollar bills on the internet. Or find pictures of a mound of money flowing in your direction.
Do you want a girlfriend or boyfriend. Put a picture of someone who attracts you and have that person look in your direction.
Do you want a new car? Put a picture of your dream car in whatever color you desire.
Keep them in your eye's view when you go into your room or when you leave your room. This is what you will visualize when you have more control of your body and mind.
Keep adding to your board. Remember, use pictures that evoke some kind of response. If it doesn't evoke a response, get another picture. These pictures need to give you a feeling of happiness and joy.
