If you can generate prospects, you're destined to have a successful business. The bottom line is that with a constant stream of new prospects coming into your business, you'll find yourself earning more money than you could ever think possible. Just make it a point not to give up on your prospects if they don't buy right away. You can increase your conversion rates if you just contact your prospects once a month for your core offer.
You spent alot of money to acquire each lead, so it's not a good idea to give up on them yet - especially if you have a good product to offer them. It's not a good idea to sell your prospects list to a broker. Your leads are worth way more than the amount that the broker is willing to offer you for the lead.
You see if you know what your "lifetime customer value" is, you can afford to go negative on each new customer acquisition. If you're selling a high priced products and service, and you already have a good marketing system to work those leads into buyers, then almost every lead that you acquire could be worth something to you.
If you didn't already know, nothing happens until you get a lead. Sure you may try selling your products in your ads, but you will have a tough time of generating alot of leads this way. You need alot of leads in your marketing funnel so that you constantly have someone to sell to.

So how do you go about attracting these "golden" leads? Well it's quite simple actually. The first thing that you can do is segment a part of the marketplace for yourself. What I mean by this is operating in a niche. If you're competing against large companies in your niche, carve a niche out for yourself that will allow you to operate in a competition free zone.
When I used this technique in my business, I saw a huge increase in response in my ads and sales letters. This isn't something that is particularly mystical - niche marketing has been around for a long period of time, but alot of business owners are just knowing about it today.
Operate in a niche and you will find yourself reaping great profits. I can't express how important this is for the health of your business, and what it can do to your sales and profits. If you can operate in a niche, alot of prospects will flock towards you because you're speaking their language.
Use these tips to have success in your offline business. Remember nothing happens until you get a lead, so focus more of your efforts on generating a lead, instead of selling your products in your ads. If you can do this, you'll stand to have an awesome chance of your business being profitable in today's economy.
