All commercial organization exists to whip profits. Profits are the central axis around which all activities in the organization revolve. The only way organizations can do so is by generating worthwhile business. To get a contract is difficult...agreed? But to complete the contract successfully to the satisfaction of the client is what is required for the long time sustenance and existence of business. The structure and functional set up of the organization has to be designed in such a manner that all of its resources are optimally utilized.
