There is a simple way to stop procrastination it's called taking action.

How many training videos do you watch a week?

How many webinars do you attend?

Do you take notes on what you are being taught?

If you answered yes to the last question, what do you do with these notes?

If you are like the majority of people, these notes will be put to one side never to be looked at again. Everybody has been guilty of this at some time. Why do we do this? When we know that if we take action on what we are being taught it will help us towards our goal of financial freedom.

I think it is the fear of the unknown, people are scared to try things that are out of their comfort zone. The fear of trying something new is even bigger than their fear of failing in their business.

It is crazy really, what are we afraid of?

Is it that others will laugh at our efforts?

Let me ask you this, do you think the top internet marketers where born with the skills they have? The internet as we know it now wasn't even around when most of them where born.

So what did they do to become the leaders in our industry? They took action and overcame anything they weren't comfortable with. They got over their particular hurdles and we need to do the same.

Do you really want to miss out on having a successful business just because you were afraid to do videos? Or you were scared to pick up the phone to call your leads.

So to stop procrastination you must be taking the actions that you know are needed to succeed, simple as that.

The next time you are watching a training video and you see something helpful, pause the video and implement what you just learned right away. Then go back to the video and pause it as many times as you need to, then take action. You will be amazed at the results you will achieve.

Do the same thing with the webinars, if it's a live webinar take notes and take action immediately afterwards. If you are watching a recorded webinar just pause it take action and come back to it.

What I am saying is don't waste your time watching videos and attending webinars if you have no intention of implementing what is being taught to you. You may as well spend the time watching the telly or playing computer games.

I challenge you to take action on any video or webinar you watch for the next 90 days and then tell me you haven't noticed a difference in your traffic , leads and sales. If you like I will do the same and we will discuss our findings.
