Home Business: Online Network Marketing Compared To Traditional MLM

Do you want to know more about Online Network Marketing? In this video I reveal the difference between the traditional and Online Network Marketing. I do this because I want to encourage more and more Networkers to learn how to do this business using the leverage of the Internet so that more distributors can succeed in this industry. This is my way to help change people's current opinion about this business model.

Online Network Marketing System

Let's talk about Online Network Marketing systems a little bit! First of all using any kind of MLM system is better than not using any. It is better because that way you do the same process each and every day by simply following a blueprint. That is how you can develop your business: do the same thing over and over again, measure the results, try to correct your mistakes and innovate, measure the effect of the new activity and from then on use only the more effective method. However the effectiveness of the systems is not the same in all cases.

Let me give you an example of the old-school system for doing Network Marketing. I used to be struggling in this industry like most Networkers using the following old-fashioned MLM system (I wish I knew Online Network Marketing back then.) Basically I worked on three markets: hot, warm and cold. The hot market was everybody I knew back then, my inner circle relationships (friends and family, people who suppose to respect you and listen to your opinion and recommendations. The warm market was a list of everybody I used to meet during my day (I was told that if think about how many people actually I meet a day I would be surprised. In fact it is quite a big number of people, but the problem is that they are not your qualified prospects). The cold market was unknown people I met accidentally (like starting a conversation while waiting in the queue in the supermarket).

Certainly I had the pre-written role to play in any given situations. The main focus of my traditional MLM system was trying to have the person ask me for the information, so that I could educate them about Network Marketing by sending the information package via email and by starting the following-up. I can assure you that it only sounds good but it does not work. I mean it can work if you do it long enough for like 6-8 years, there are distributors who build up a nice organization in 6-8 years, but it is not good enough for me. The main reasons are the following: they were not qualified, targeted Home Business leads, and even if they were, they had not been looking for what I had to offer. Plus I could not even imagine back then that how many targeted leads I would need to contact to sign up a single one. I mean this is a huge number and most of the people will say no to your opportunity anyway. However in Online Network Marketing we don't leave that money on the table, we also profit from people who say No to our opportunity. This is to ensure that we have some cashflow to keep the MLM business alive until we start recruiting distributors! This is called funded proposal and it's a beautiful thing!

Online Network Marketing Tips

The main difference in using Online Network Marketing is that it truly changes the whole game. In Internet MLM a huge number of laser targeted MLM leads look for what you have to offer each and every day. Let me give you some numbers: around 5 million people are actually looking for Network Marketing related solutions every single day on the Internet. You just need to know how to be there, where they search and the dream of Distributors comes true: highly qualified MLM leads contact you on a daily basis; not the other way around. In addition to this on the Internet you don't have to worry about running out of prospects.
