Are there any answers to our overweight and obesity problems in our country? As I wait
my turn at the cross walk outside my local grocery store I can't help but notice how many
people struggle with their weight. I am not one to judge or make fun of people. Most
people have certain things transpire in their lives that have got them where they are
today. It wasn't but just a few months ago that I too struggled with weight loss. I was
fortunate enough to have a friend tell me about the HCG diet. She was also the one that
encouraged me to sell the product to the people that asked us how we lost all of our
weight. She didn't feel that she had time to devote to any other projects. I proceeded to
look for reliable HCG wholesale suppliers online
and found out that I could purchase the HCG for very low prices. Which made me wonder
why the stores were charging so much. I guess that I don't even need someone to answer
that one for me. Well, enough about me. Let's talk about what is happening with obesity in
our country.
The CDC states, overweight and obesity are variations of weight that are considered to be
unhealthy for ones height. These ranges of weight also give way to other problems such
as diseases and many other health problems. They even state that a person may be
within a normal weight range but could also have a body mass index that would label
them as overweight.
For adults, these ranges are found by taking the weight and height of an individual to
calculate the "body mass index" or BMI. The reason the CDC and Doctors use BMI to
determine obesity, for most people, is that it shows us what their body fat percentage to
be. For an adult the normal BMI would be under 25. Anything else would be considered
either overweight or obese.
According to the CDC, one in every three adult Americans are considered obese. In 2010
twelve states have surpassed 30% of their entire population being obese. In the year
2000, there wasn't even one state with an obesity rate over 30% You may think,
congratulations to the remaining states. Well the sad thing is that not a single state in the
U.S. have an obesity rate under 20%.
It has become very well known that the effects on your health from obesity can be very
harmful. Doctors have found in studies that it has been linked to caner, heart disease and
diabetes. This epidemic has had an impact on our wallets as well, as health care costs
and insurance premiums continue to go through the roof. Every time I open a renewal for
my insurance it seems to have less coverage with a higher premium and a higher
deductible.
i guess the question is, what are we going to do about it? I decided to make a difference
in the best way that I knew how. I went out and really started to tell my story about how I
made a change for the better in my life. People have been so encouraged that they want
to know everything that I have done to achieve these results. I have been able to help
fight the war against obesity one person at a time and along the way create a very nice
second income for myself and my family. If you want to pursue this venture, make sure
you seek out a very reliable HCG wholesale
suppliers and then hit the ground running. Best of luck to any of you that decide to make
this journey towards a healthier and fuller life. |
