If you are a beginner or an expert I have some simple tips that will help you get better results in not time. If you are one of those that strive to a good looking body this is a place to be, too often people forget how much small things can make a difference.

If you want to gain muscle mass, you have to work hard, many people forget that and just consider their training as a hobby and that is where they are wrong, I'm not saying building your muscles should be your job, you should just take it more seriously, if this is what you want you will only achieve it, with proper willpower and determination.

The most important thing while building muscle mass is your diet, remember that, it is also the hardest part of your plan. Changing our habits is the hardest part, especially since most of us enjoy good food, keeping a diet might prove a real challenge. If you plan on gaining weight you should eat frequently through the day and you shouldn't have your meals separated for more than three hours.

You should never feel hungry through the day! Doing so might result in loosing muscle mass. If you follow your diet you should now focus on training, remember to keep your training short. A good way of building muscle mass is with compound exercises, such as bench press. Try to keep working in three to four sets with as little as four to seven reps.

To summarize, work hard, since that is the only real way to achieve results, eat and eat, follow your diet with no exceptions, be determined of your goals and do compound exercises with small amount of reps, over the years I learned that is the only way to succeed.
