The 31 Day Fat Loss Cure program is by Vic Magary and it consists of 5 workout plans that last for an entire 31 days. What I love the most about the program is that it takes into consideration that we are all on a different fitness level, and as a result it is presented into 5 fitness levels.
Here are the 5 fitness levels:
- Intense Gym workouts - For those people who are fit and advanced, this fitness plan is very intense, it is the most intense out of all the workouts.
- Bodyweight routine - This body weight routines are for the more advanced people who are pretty fit but may have the last 5 pounds to lose.
- Gym workouts for beginners – these are people who are just starting out but want to realize their dreams for a healthier and a better body.
- Bodyweight routine for beginners – again for people just starting out.
- This is a plan for seniors, who are 60 and older. Also younger folks can use this plan if they have an injury that does not allow them to do something intense.
I also like the 2 week warm up program for people who have not exercised for a long time, because it takes the body time to adjust, so it's a great start.
Also, what I love are short workouts that will get you sweating and burning fat effectively as compared to boring cardio that takes long to do. I like the idea of taking less time doing something but getting even better results, because that is what this program does, it makes you focus on compound strength exercises.
For those who do not know, the creator Vic Magary is an ex army man, and I am sure you know that one exercises a lot when one is in the army. His experience in the army is what helped him come up with this great program because that is where he discovered that short intense exercises work way better than cardio that takes a lot of time.
The 31 Day Fat Loss Cure is a great program to try out, especially if you also want to improve your eating habits and focus on eating natural foods.
