Foot blisters are painful and need to be treated so they don't get infected. Foot blisters are usually tender spots that release fluids on delicate areas of your feet. If you have had a foot blister you know how painful they can be especially when you have to wear shoes. Here are some tips on the treatment of blister's on your feet.
This first thing you need to do is make sure that your footwear fits correctly. Your shoes can stretch out and cause your foot to start sliding inside the shoe. If your feet sweat and your shoes don't fit properly you will have an environment for getting a blister on your foot. If you are on your feet or standing up during the day this can cause your feet to swell you should make sure to find shoes that will not be to tight or loose. You are putting on shoes at the store wear the same socks that you wear when walking or playing sports.
If you are active in sports especially ice hockey, soccer,football,track & field it is important to wear proper fitting athletic shoes. If you ice skate a proper fitting ice skate will help prevent foot blisters. A loose fitting ice skate will rub on the ankles and back of the heal and it will turn into a nasty blister.
