Before, starting this Article, I was thinking what thoughts I can share with you. The topic is “Globalization and localization". Let me first discuss about the meaning for Globalization. "The system of interaction among the countries of the world in order to develop the global economy". This definition i have readed in my internet search.
But, i feel this kind of definitions are mainly socio-economic term, which is now a
Days related with the economic development of a country.
In architectural Point of View, you should have a clear idea about "Globalization
and Localization" related to architecture and the impact of Globalization into local
Level changes. I like to explain in simple terms, that Globalization refers to the
Connectivity between the nations or integration of economics and societies all over the world.
And i also think it involves technological, cultural exchanges made in largely by
Advances in our communication, transportation and infrastructure. In very short term "it is a communication and interchanges of ideas".
By having an idea of history of globalization, you will be able to
Properly understand the causes which led to such change in our local society.
Today, we have all facilities to communicate and interchange our ideas easily.
But, if you just go back to History of Architecture, we can understand the
Development of this issue.

When, I studied about the Islamic architecture, I have come to know about the

"International Standards”. When i was studied the globalization concepts i feel that there are advantages we can able to obtain in our local society.

Can import any kind of building products, building materials, building equipments
Easily from any countries.
2. Increased the liquidity of capital allowing the investors to invest in building
Related products, materials and manufacturing in advanced construction equipments.
3. In View of the global mass media ties the world together, we can get updated
cost informations form the global level to local level.
4. Increased flow of communications allows in formations about new ideas in
Architecture interior designs able to shared between the local architectures and
Constructions firms around the world.
5. Innovative concepts form the students, young architectures can be shared
Quickly all around the world.
6. Environmental factors in architecture can be quickly worked out by available
in formations form various parts and Better design solutions form the various local architects in their countries.
7. Finally the world in which every nation is able to give a clean green
Environment to all its citizens.
Let me now discuss with you some Issues, we have to consider carefully in this subject.
• The quality of life style will be materialistic environment.
• Polluting corporations take advantage in the small developing countries, due
To weak regulatory rules in some local Areas.
• In some developing countries, some insufficient local politicians can allow the
Polluting corporations. Due to this falling of resources into an inferior
Conditions gradually.
Mahatma Gandhi, The Father of our Nation once said, the ideal house should be

Today’s world where people seemed to be charged with economic motion and
