A fresh graduate can get job by adopting a proactive approach. He/she does not have to
wait for the completion of the degree. In final year job search must be started based on
the selected field or area of interest of the candidate.

company. This is a very effective way to enter into a company. Later based on your

organizational area etc. one can reach department of his/her choice.

However inside opportunities in companies can be most effectively obtained through
friends, seniors, markets contacts or references.
