hello guys and girls and welcome,

Many of you are suffering with all sorts of symptoms of depression and require intensive advice. I am passionate to help them and guide them through my efforts in doing so. I find that many people tend to stick to themselves and have no one to talk to about their problems and even if so, they realise that they need their friends or someone all the time to be there, just to make them feel good about themselves. I've experienced it and I don't know anyone who really hasn't. By means of reading this I know you have been through some difficulty and if not your doing great, but for how long for?. Some may claim that being depressed makes you get stronger, but when you understand the medical and symptomatic signs of these diseases, you start to wonder at times you you suffer from anxiety or one of the major symptoms of depression which intern implicates in some of the following:

(the symptoms below are from the following url: http://www.how-to-treat-depression.com)

You feel miserable/upset.
feeling of exhaustion / most of the time with no energy.
You feel incapable of relishing the smallest tasks and sometimes find it impossible.
You don't enjoy the things that you used to enjoy (as much)-you may be off sex or food or may 'comfort eat' to excess.
You feel very anxious sometimes - sometimes for no reason.

You are scared to be left alone and sometimes scared to see people. social activity may seem hard or impossible.

You find it difficult to think clearly.

You feel that life is passing you bye.

You may have physical aches and pains which appear to have no physical cause, such as back pain/disc.

There are huge sums of symptoms to be mentioned, but what I'm trying to say to all you depressed, if your suffering from depression, find a way of treating it, don't just sit there and make your friends make you feel better, take pride and control out of your depression, treat it now, because we can and so will you fellow reader.
'NOW'....Below are 'NINE' key ways that I suggest any depressed sufferer to implement. It may not be the one for you, but here's a variety, see what works for you and try some of my suggested tips of treating your depression

1-Psychotherapy can help alleviate symptoms caused by depression (such as hopelessness and anger) so that you can regain a sense of happiness and control in your life. The key to psychotherapy is to find what works for you and your condition.

2-Studies report that St. John's wart, an herb, and SAM-e, a synthetic form of a chemical that occurs naturally in the body, are effective in managing depression. Consult your doctor before taking these dietary supplements because they can have adverse interactions with some medications.

3-Exercise has been found to work as well as medications for mild to moderate depression, but it may take longer to take effect. And it has been found to be better than medications in preventing a recurrence of depression. Some may not be interested in the intake of drugs, because like all medics will tell you, taking tablets for life will create a very unhealthy body, despite the fact your depression has alleviated, so absolutely heed what is given and do exercise it the best and healthiest way of bringing you back to normal. (sexual activity may be another source of alleviating your stress, if required).

4-I have a fundamental advice on all you people whom are 'antidepressant haters', to maximise your health in avoiding depression, 'eating the right food is a very important contributor factor'.
Make sure that you consume enough omega-3's by eating two servings of seafood per week or by taking fish oil supplements. Salmon, tuna and trout are excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids.
It will help considerably.

5-yoga can provide you with 'self-control'. I say that 'if you can master yoga you can conquer the world of depression'. why?....well, yoga will move energy through your body that will help alleviate stress and enhance your mind with 'control'. standing poses requires great agility and stamina, but on the other hand, it will help the mind as well.

6-Another major sign of depression is sleepiness. Now you need to make sure that you get enough sleep, because that is another key to treating your depression. Make sure you have a systematic 'sleeping and waking up cycle' to reinforce your body's energy throughout your day and everyday of course.

7- Learning how to meditate is a very good way of controlling the mind , spiritually, this is great way of treating you depression. meditation help to alleviate spiralling negative thoughts, such as unworthiness or failing without trying/ giving up too quickly/finding excuses which implicates in laziness and being un-enthusiastic about things.

8-apart from relaxing, a great way of alleviating your uncomfy body is through massage. yes ....massage causes the body to secrete fewer stress hormones which intern increases the body's production of painkilling endorphins as well as the mood-swing hormone 'serotonin, which all contributes to disfunctioning stress when you are stress....so in the end your not stressed and you can therefore be happy at the least.

9- And last but no least, 'acupuncture'. It is absolutely great, not only is it a remedy for pain, but acupuncture is proven to restore the body's emotional balance, by stimulating blood flow as well as the flow of energy in your body. The reason why i mention acupuncture is because it help to reduce physical pain that is associated with depression. Make sure you consult your doctor before hand before you undergo acupuncture therapy.

So I think I've wrapped up all the gritty hints of treating your depression, look into every point I have suggested, and I suggest you really maximize the most of your depression on the long-run (results may not be seen as soon as possible, but within time you will see the difference), really take what I said to practice. The site which I have mentioned previously has a great book.

...but to all those that are suffering with some of the symptoms which I've mentioned , I hope the information which I have shared was great to your knowledge, and you can find the real stuff on my site once again. I have a book just on depression and am giving it away for a small fee. Its got exclusive advice on treating depression.

Nevertheless, I hope the information I have shared with you was beneficial.
I hope you can at least rate me and feel free to purchase my book. The book is not related to any of the points I have mentioned above, but merely a guiding strategy of treating any sort of depressed state you may be suffering from. Its been bringing me some great responses through my testimonials. But from me to you, I wish you a happier depressed free life.

thank you once again
