"I knew nothing about Internet Marketing in 2004. Around August 2004 I bought a product called Automated Traffic Machine (or something like that, I can't even remember) and used it to generate pages on which I had some clickbank products. I made one sale in that month. I never saw another sale until 6-7 months later. Thing is, I did not understand what I was doing.

Around the same time, I learned about the basic infoproduct creation and selling process, and thought I'd jump straight into it, and try to set up one of my own products. That process took me 7 months before I even launched. I sold the product initially at a value of $10 (£5GPB). And I knew nothing about copywriting. So I began to look at other sales letters,and whilst learning more, I began to make gradual changes to my sales letter. It was initially just a few paragraphs with a few pictures of the product. I made a few sales a week. After three months of continuous changes and additions, I was generating around $1600 in a month and making over $1000 in profit.

The key thing was that I learned a lot from the experience. I picked up lots of individual skills that really brought me where I am today. I credit my success to learning and failing. As someone rightly said, "Success is 99% failure".

After that, as I learned more and more, I implemented projects in Adsense, Affiliate Marketing, and my own membership sites in certain niche areas.

At first it was really slow, and I kept thinking when will I ever see success. But it all comes in small steps, as long as you keep learning and building on your past experience you will gradually find your way.

To be successfu in this game you have to be multi-disciplined and have an appreciation of a wide range of areas and being able to see them all in the bigger picture."
